1. Drive the sales and achieve targets
2. Supervise sales in GT channel and KA channels (Factory Canteen, School, Industrial Zone,...)
3. Supervise and negotiate the trading terms with GT systems
4. Create promotion program to increase sale volume and increase market coverage in KA channel
5. Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion program with GT channel
6. Be responsible for setting up annual sales target, annual sales plan, annual marketing plan, and annual own-channel budget
7. Monitor current market condition and competitor information
8. Accomplish marketing and sale objectives by planning, implementing trade promotion programs as well as evaluating the efficient of those trade promotion programs
9. Supervise communications with customers
10. Other tasks under assignments of Sales & Marketing Manager
1. Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related majors
2. Experience: At least 5-year in sales, branding advertising, consumer marketing, trade marketing in FMCG or F&B or related industries and at least 2-year in supervisor level
3. Good command in English (4 skills required)
4. Computer skill: Microsoft office
5. Age: 26 – 35
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Mon – Fri & alternative Sat
