Mô tả Công việc

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored for telephone and digital channels to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and target potential new customers through outbound calls, emails, and other digital means while nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service via telephone and digital communication channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs by actively listening and probing, offering tailored solutions that meet those needs effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and the competitive landscape relevant to our products and services.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize your sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress, follow up on leads, and report results accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, address inquiries, and Identify opportunities for growth.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in a related industry
  • Knowledge of industrial maintenance products and services
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques, as well as CRM software and tools
  • Successful telephone or digital sales experience, preferably in a related industry
