Job Summary:
The On-Trade Key Account (KA) Supervisor at LGI holds responsibility for overseeing existing and potential key accounts within the designated region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key relationships, driving sales, overseeing team performance to meet targets and ensuring excellent service delivery. Reporting to the On-Trade KA Manager Nationwide.

- Establishing and Nurturing Key Account Relationships.
- Achieving Monthly/Quarterly Sales KPIs.
- Implement promotions and events in accordance with contractual obligations and agreements.
- Market Insights and Analysis Support.
- Address administrative duties promptly from On-Trade KA Manager Nationwide based on real-time demands and requirements.
[ Key Responsibilities ]
- Account Management:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with KA in the southern region aligned with LGI's strategies and goals.
o Conduct orders and regular meetings with accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
o Conduct market visits to asscess current menus, bar back displays, promotions, and events at outlets.
o Implement a perspective process and develop proposals in line with the KA Scheme of offers.
o Collaborate with LGI’s Brand Ambassador to provide training sessions for accounts, enhancing their product knowledge and driving sales for LGI’s products.
o Collaborate with the Marketing team to coordinate and execute events, activations, and brand experiences aimed at enhancing brand visibility and engaging outlets effectively.
- Team Leadership: Directing and guiding the On-trade Sales Representative towards achieving Key Account objectives by providing clear direction, coaching, and support.
- Market Analysis:
o Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Reporting and Communication:
o Regularly report on account performance, market conditions, and sales results.
o Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Administrative Duties:
o Assist the KA Manager by handling documents, preparing proposals, etc..
