Develop account plans and action plans for the key customers.
Monitor sales targets and take corrective actions.
Define prospect list and develop new customers.
Develop customer action plans in collaboration with the sales and marketing manager.
Co-ordinate customer-related issues with operations and sales support staff
Maintains positive relationships with current and potential clients through regular contacts.
Go on regular sales visits and attend regular review meetings.
Maintains awareness and knowledge of all INTERTEK services, ensuring that the full range of INTERTEK services are presented to new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
Liaises with technical/operations teams to ensure excellent communication channels exist to facilitate the successful handover and execution of the new and current business.
