The Senior Ads Operation position at Networld Solution International involves managing the entire process of executing and optimizing online advertising campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns. This role requires strong analytical skills in ad performance, the ability to design suitable solutions, and continuously optimize results to meet the client's communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Planning
Develop media plans and ad solutions based on client briefs and specific advertising objectives.
Understand technology platforms that support campaign operations, such as CRM, Trading Platforms, SSP’s, and creative scheduling/delivery tools.
Conduct market analysis to support the Business Development (BD) team in building relevant media plans.
B. Execution Campaign & Project Management
Set up and manage online ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other DSP platforms.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure results align with defined KPIs and objectives.
Implement tracking mechanisms such as pixels and tags to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Ensure compliance of advertising materials with industry standards and legal regulations.
Analyze data and generate reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders for performance improvements.
Collaborate with sales and client services teams to meet campaign requirements effectively.
At least 3 years of working experience in Ads Operation.
Strong experience -in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Good command of English, particularly in professional and technical communication.
Expertise in Digital Advertising: Strong knowledge in display, video, social, and search advertising (SEM, Display network, Video network, Facebook, Tag management, etc.).
Analytical Tools: Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and measurement tools is a plus.
