PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
· To lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process and manpower planning, ensuring the company attracts, hires and retains the right talent in a timely and effective manner, while managing key HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manpower
· Strategic HR Partnership.
· Annual manpower planning, full-cycle recruitment, recruitment reporting, and retention and turnover rate analysis.
· Talent Management and Succession Planning.
· Organizational Development and Change Management.
· Performance Review Management.
· Manage and take care of all IT equipment provided to employees throughout the full Employee Life Cycle at PTS/Eco2.
2. Employee Relations
· Ensuring effective communication between employees and management, and managing stakeholder relationships.
· Promoting employee engagement and motivation.
· Supporting employee well-being and job satisfaction.
· Ensuring fair treatment and equal opportunities.
· Managing employee relations, disciplinary matters, and labor disputes.
· Resolving workplace conflicts, warnings, grievances, and layoff matters.
· Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
· Managing disciplinary actions and performance concerns fairly.
3. Others
· Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing survey results.
· Managing internal employee engagement activities, including Opening Day, Company Birthday, Happy Hours, and other activities.
· Managing annual employee health check-ups.
· Managing training and employee development activities.
· Managing employee branding activities across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Fanpage, and other relevant channels.
· Managing administrative activities and maintaining the office working environment.
4. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
· At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong hands-on experience in recruitment and end-to-end recruitment processes.
· Good understanding of manpower planning, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
· Experience in employee relations, employee engagement, and handling employee matters.
· Good knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
· Good organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Good command of English and MS Office skills.
