Actively coordinate as well as support Brand Manager in delivering mixes for business in Vietnam and liaising with Brand Building team for deploying those mixes.
1. Marketing activities & Business acumen:
Coordinate with cross-functions and external stakeholders to ensure activities to be followed-up and executed OTIF.
Initiate activities/plans to drive growth of the assigned brand & portfolio.
Constantly review KPIs & campaigns performances to propose relevant actions & inputs.
Monitor internal sales & relevant data to evaluate and define potential issues/opportunities to unlock business ambitions.
2. Operational & other company agenda tasks:
Manage operational tasks to facilitate marketing activities i.e budget management, company systems, listing new products etc
Lead, plan, execute & monitor projects apart from the assigned brands/campaigns OTIF i.e digital champion, channel champion, company workshops etc
- Minimum 1-year experience in Marketing & Communication field, having worked male personal care experience is a plus.
- Strong capability in project management and campaign deployment on time in full.
- Good influencing skills to manage and work well with cross-functions and external stake-holders.
- Good marketing sense, passionate, creative, dynamic, consumer understanding
- Develop thought-process and structural thinking in projects related to planning & concepts.
- Ability to work and analyze numbers/data to get relevant insights and propose actions to improve campaigns & brands performances.
- Good articulation & communication skill in both Vietnamese & English
