WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
1. Talent Review & Succession Planning
• Assist L&OD Manager in preparing data/tools for review sessions and help create development plans for HiPo/HiPer employees;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent profiles for all employees via MyWorkbench and Workday system;
• Implement the succession planning, track the progress of succession candidates, and adjust development plans as needed;
• Develop and execute comprehensive career development programs to support employees’ growth within ESVN.
2. Performance Management System (PMS)
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of the PMS to drive performance efficiency;
• Prepare materials for L&OD Manager to train managers and employees on PMS processes and tools;
• Administer performance review cycles, ensuring timely and accurate input into the system.
3. Competency Framework
• Update the (non)technical competency framework according to Home Office model to reflect the skills and behaviors required for various roles within ESVN;
• Collaborate with Division Managers/HOD to evaluate employees’ competencies and plan targeted development activities with the supervisory of L&OD Manager.
4. Employee Engagement Survey (EES)
• Develop and implement the annual EES to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Assist L&OD Manager in preparing reports and follow-up actions based on survey results
