Running all activities related to compensation and benefits, ensure the accuracy and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
Perform payroll processing activities, including compute salary, approved allowances and benefits, overtime payments, calculate and process resignation final payment, deduction in PIT, social insurance…
Ensure payroll is completed accurately and processed in a timely manner, complied to the laws and internal policies.
Be responsible Personal Income Tax (PIT), PIT report, registration the dependents for Employees and other statutory reports for relevant authorities.
Monitor and update data on increase and decrease of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance payment as policies/ laws correctly and properly.
Handle HR operations and benefits administration including medical insurance, personal accident insurance as well as expatriate benefits administration.
Well control all other activities in term of payroll, labor contracts, contract appendix, policies and benefits, annual leave, timesheets, resignation or promotional decision internal and external labor report,
Process Work Permit for expats.
Oversee HR events and meeting and coordinating management-employee communications.
Participate in implementing teams projects & initiatives.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Key requirements:
3+ years of experience in payroll, compensation and benefits
Experience in Hr systems
Possesses solid knowledge of labor laws
Proficient in major software especially Microsoft Excel
