Manage and monitor monthly payroll, incentive process
Ensure payroll is processed timely & accurately
Control annual leave of employees
Handle internal and external reports: Personal Income Tax (“PIT”) code for employees, PIT (monthly declaration, yearly finalization report), social insurance reports, labor reports, headcount report…
Manage staff to claim and pay allowances from Social Insurance Department, Insurance Companies
Implement other benefits and related payments (SMU, PIT)
Work with auditors for matters related to C&B function
Update company policies in line with new law and strategic of business
Manage all employees’ labor contracts, termination decisions
Maintain employee’s records in personnel file
Manage employees’ personnel data system and filing
Manage work permits, residence cards and visas for expats
Fixing HR system with C&B team
Ad-hoc responsibilities if required

Female, Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration,...
Experience using HR software is an advantage (iHRP, HRIS…)
3 - 5 years of C&B experience (Payroll)
English: basic
