Mô tả Công việc

The Senior Sales Manager primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base of the company. You must have knowledge and experience in most or entire value chain from fiber, yarn, fabric (woven & knitted) to end products. The end products cover various textile applications’ segments such as apparels & accessories, footwear and home textiles etc….

The Senior Sales Manager will have 1 to 2 subordinates reporting to him/her. However, the assignment of geographical countries of responsibility will be decided depending on the expertise and experience of the successful candidate.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Developing innovative sales strategies and implementing it to achieve or exceed your annual targets. This includes:

o Monitoring your personal & team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.

o Ensuring profitability achievement (including timely product delivery, pricing, credit terms, payment collection)

· Identifying opportunities to develop new product categories and expand the sales portfolio

· Leading, inspiring, and supporting your team to drive success.

· Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating major deals and providing insightful feedback on performance metrics.

· Ability to pitch to premium Key accounts and generate recurring business.

· Assess current processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement with management and subsequently implementing them

· Coordinating and participating in exhibitions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·       Have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing

·       Minimum working experience of 10 years with proven 5 years sales management and experience with a strong business network.

·       Experience in sales & marketing in the textile industry is a must with strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

·       Excellence communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

·       Ability to work under pressure and tight timeline.

·       Must be able to write and speak Vietnamese & English. The ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.

·       Ability to prepare presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint and Words

·       Overseas travelling is expected.
