1. Academic & Student Support
- Support teachers during classes, Fun Weeks, workshops, events, and Extra Activities.
- Assist in reviewing students’ Sticker Books and learning materials.
- Support tutoring sessions and some activities when required.
- Help prepare classrooms, teaching materials, and learning resources before classes and events.
- Support activity classes and other academic programs organized by the center.
- Assist in monitoring student participation and engagement during lessons and activities.
- Ensure students' safety and well-being while attending classes and center activities.
2. Student & Parent Experience Support
- Welcome students and parents upon arrival and create a positive center experience.
- Take care of students before and after class (including pick-up and drop-off students)
- Support follow-up activities with parents under the guidance of the Academic or Service team.
- Support teachers in tracking learning progress records, audio submissions, and student-related documentation once teachers have finalized the reports.
- Support taking and sharing photos of classroom activities and events.
- Provide information and support to parents regarding center activities and student participation.
- Support students care during Educational Consultation (EC) sessions and enrollment activities.
3. Center Operations Support
- Support center events, open days, marketing activations, and student engagement activities.
- Assist with classroom decoration and learning environment setup.
- Support administrative tasks and documentation as assigned.
- Coordinate with Academic, Service, and Sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the School Service Manager/Supervisor.
