1. Walk through all three factories and get good understanding of the work required daily.
2. MEP’s Equipment list needed to maintain some of the specialty equipment such as the Electrical Substation, HVAC units and fire protection system.
3. Make sure that all HVAC, Fire protection system, electrical substation, plumbing and sanitary system, Waste Water Treatment, etc. are labeled and are updated into the Maximo system.
4. Work with the F&M manager and maintenance planner to help develop the PM schedules for all of the facilities equipment.
5. Receiving daily work order from the manager and assigns & management workers to perform activities, completed in strict accordance technical procedure, quality, safety, timely and cleaning working area after completion.
6. Request materials and supplies, such as tools, machines, and replacement parts for work activities.
7. Examine machines, system, or facilities, such as HVAC, fire pumps, ventilation fan, sanitary wares, waste water treatment. etc and analyze information, to determine installation, service, or repair needed.
8. Make the work completion reports, maintenance record, checklist in daily, weekly & monthly.
9. To support the supervision of the new construction & renovation projects.
10. Trains workers in methods, procedures, and use of equipment and work aid, such as hand tools, and test equipment.
