1. Affiliate Strategy & Network Development

   • Research the market, competitors, and target customer segments.
   • Develop and execute an Affiliate Marketing strategy to expand the company’s affiliate network.
   • Build and manage a network of Publishers (KOLs/KOCs, influencers) and affiliate partners.
   • Collaborate with agencies, MCNs, fan pages, groups, and blogs to drive traffic and sales through platforms like TikTok Shop & Shopee.

2. Campaign Execution & Publisher Management

   • Handle KOL/KOC bookings, product placements in review videos, and livestreams.
   • Guide and support Publishers in driving sales to maximize revenue.
   • Propose and manage promotional programs, deals, and commission structures for each partner.
   • Coordinate with the E-commerce/TikTok team to launch affiliate campaigns.
   • Work alongside the ABM Brand team to execute marketing campaigns that support affiliate activities.

3. Operational & Performance Management

   • Organize events, workshops, and offline activities to engage affiliates.
   • Manage the affiliate database, recruit and onboard new Publishers.
   • Oversee contracts, reconciliation, performance tracking, and monthly reporting.
   • Handle other tasks as assigned by Management and BOD.

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience  in business development and affiliate network expansion.

1. Skills & Competencies

• Strong ability to build and manage a network of Publishers, KOLs/KOCs, and affiliates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for establishing partnerships.
• Ability to strategize and manage community engagement effectively.
• Knowledge of the F&B industry is a plus.
• Proactive, quick learner, and confident in executing new initiatives.
