Sale management - Cooperate with internal customer (Citimart/Ministop) to get enough information about purchase order. - Check price, quantity, MOQ and following selling process. - Ensure receiving quantity update enough on system. - Ensure upload sale/scan sale enough and right base on company regulation. - Follow and update continously sale, stock, refund, issues daily/weekly/monthly. - Check and control stock in profit system always is zero. - Responsibilty for solve problems and issuses in operation. - Ensure sale procedure follow company rule & policy.
Amount receivable management - Ensure all PO will be issued VAT invoice enough. - Strictly follow debit payment and record enough. - Strictly follow amount receivable status. - Report daily/weekly/monthly or have issues case.
Document management & process payments - Ensure collect enough delivery document from supplier: PO, VAT invoice paper. - Ensure all VAT invoice issue by AVN, be send to customer enough and on time. - Handover delivery document (PO, VAT invoice paper to Acc enough and on time.
Other duties - Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations - Guidline and support sale staff to get successfully job. - Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by direct Deputy B2B Manager or B2B Manager

College/University (Major in Accounting)
