At Pasteur Street Craft Beer, our journey began with a simple yet powerful idea: to blend international craft brewing techniques with fresh, local Vietnamese ingredients. We wouldn’t be “us” without our talented and driven team of professionals that help us piece together the Pasteur Street Craft Beer puzzle. From our office headquarters in Saigon, to our Taproom teams throughout the country, we pride ourselves on finding people who share our vision. Our brewers bring years of professional experience from International craft breweries to our brewing process. It’s this knowledge and the teamwork behind it that allows us to consistently deliver delicious classic and unique tasting beers straight to you.

The Best Ingredients

We value quality above all else and that starts with our ingredients. Our beers use roasted malt from Belgium & Germany, American hops (and some from Australian & New Zealand), and of course, high quality Vietnamese fruits, herbs, and spices. This gives Pasteur Street beers their distinctive character, well-rounded flavor of internation craft beer, and unique style. Our kitchen team follows this same standard of dedication to create flavor driven dishes that are inspired by our beers. Many of our beers are even used as ingredients themselves throughout our food menu. Our team expertly blends the art and science of brewing and cooking to deliver an unmatched experience to every glass and plate.

Vietnam is widely known for its vibrant cuisine along with an energetic beer drinking culture. Our vision is to capture the character of Vietnam in our beers; not only to bring craft beer to Vietnam, but to bring Vietnam to the world. We are proud to be among the first craft breweries in SE Asia but are thrilled to not be the last. We welcome the craft beer revolution of SE Asia and are dedicated to innovation and integrity.

Founded in 2015 on a little street named Pasteur in Ho Chi Minh City, we’ve been pioneering the craft beer movement in Vietnam ever since. Our award-winning beers blend global brewing techniques with local Vietnamese ingredients. Over the past ten years, Pasteur Street Craft Beer has introduced bold flavors like our flagship Jasmine-infused IPA and Bia Chanh Muoi, a salted lime, celebrating local culture and craftsmanship.

As we mark this milestone, our mission remains to educate and excite Vietnamese consumers about craft beer. Today, you can enjoy Pasteur Street Craft Beer in 15 Taprooms across Vietnam.
