<Position Objective/Expectation >
- To facilitate the sale of pumps and accessories to customers and distributors, and work with the Sales Segment Manager and Business Development Manager to grow the brand into new markets and territories.
- To provide advice and support on products to customers with a high degree of technical expertise.
- To foster long-term sustainable client relationships based on trust, integrity, and quality in the allocated territory.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Business Development for new clients who are currently sourcing products from other pump companies, or have not yet had a need to purchase pumps to date
- Client visits and responsible for sales territory and growing customer number in the territory to meet allocated sales budget set in conjunction with the Managing Director
- Up-to-date notes and records in the CRM system
- Delivering technical presentations and demonstrations of products
- Understanding client requirements and assisting the Internal Technical Sales Engineers in providing quotations
- Negotiation the price in line with pricing strategy and confirm contract terms and conditions to meet both the client and company needs
- Providing technical support as required for the wider team
- Preparation of report and deliver presentations as required for the Managing Director
- Providing input and feedback on market requirements for management to make informed decisions to improve
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar, or proven practical experience in pumps or related industries
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 2 years in Project Sales in pump/ valve/ pump systems with proven strong sales and negotiation skills.
・Technical understanding of pumps and basic engineering principles
・High level of computer proficiency including CRM database experience and Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
・Proven ability to draft and execute a detailed business plan for the allocated territory.

- Decision making: Ability to identify customers’ challenges with alternative products and provide technical information along with a rational analysis in order to complete the sale.
