131294 - HSE Leader - Manufacturing

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the manufacturing industry - is looking for an HSE Leader to develop and implement workplace safety programs, manage safety inspections and training, oversee 5S and fire safety compliance, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices.

• Working Location: Vinh Loc Commune, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: 20M ~ 25M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement periodic safety plans.
• Organize safety meetings and conduct safety patrols/inspections.
• Address and resolve safety- and 5S-related issues.
• Conduct safety training, issue safety alerts, perform risk assessments, and supervise contractors.
• Coordinate and respond to Fire Prevention and Fighting (PCCC) inspections and audits.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors/managers.

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Language: English or Japanese - Business Level
• At least 1 year of experience as an HSE Leader in a manufacturing company

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• The candidate demonstrates strong expertise and hands-on experience in occupational safety and health (OSH).
• Strong field experience with hands-on involvement in daily site operations and safety management.
