RGF's Client - Japanese Trading Company - is looking for Business Development Staff to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support market expansion initiatives to drive sustainable business growth.

• Working Location: O Cho Dua ward, Hanoi City
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable

• Search, develop and manage new relationships and businesses in different industries.
• Problem-solving skills to manage, structure and solve complex issues. 
• Support in screening business domains, data and financial analysis. 
• Support in contacting and arranging meetings with local companies.

• Graduated from top-ranked prestigious universities, major in Finance, Marketing, or Economics.
• Fluent Business English in all skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in new business development.
• Experience in sourcing market data and making market reports and data analysis.
• Understandings of local business domains and practices.
• Self-starter with the ability to drive business development independently.
• Consistent aspiration for personal growth.
• Team player with high communication skills.

• Experience working in international/ Japanese institutions is preferable.
