RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the machinery industry - is looking for a Quality Control (QC) Supervisor to ensure product quality compliance through effective inspection, process control, and continuous improvement in manufacturing.

• Working Location: Thach That District, Ha Noi
• Monthly Salary: 26,000,000～31,000,000VND

• Supervise daily quality control activities, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC).
• Ensure products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and company requirements.
• Monitor quality performance and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with related departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Lead quality improvement activities using QC tools, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, customer requirements, and company quality procedures.
• Manage, train, coach, and evaluate QC inspectors and technicians.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Production Planning (PPC), Purchasing, and suppliers to improve product quality.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management.
• Support internal audits, customer audits, and external certification audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Business English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leader experience in quality management.
• Understanding of quality management systems and quality control methodologies; Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 requirements; Familiarity with 7 QC Tools, PDCA, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, APQP, and PPAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• High sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Honest, reliable, and objective.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Continuous improvement mindset (Kaizen).
• Strong teamwork and leadership attitude.

• Experience in the electronics, automotive, electrical equipment, or precision manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Experience in Motor manufacturing or the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Experience with customer quality requirements from global customers.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality management software.
• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma is preferred.
