132096 - Warehouse Supervisor (Raw Material Warehouse) - Manufacturing

RGF's Client - Japanese company in the machinery industry - is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure efficient warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory control, optimizing material flow, and supporting production requirements.

• Working Location: Thach That District, Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: 26,000,000～31,000,000VND

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including Receiving, Storage, Material Issuing, and Inventory Control.
• Ensure accurate and timely material supply to production lines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through Cycle Counting and Physical Inventory.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement Continuous Improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S standards, environmental requirements, and company policies.
• Lead, train, assign work, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Coordinate with Production, Production Planning (PPC), Purchasing, Quality, Import & Export, and other related departments.
• Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve operational efficiency.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operation reports for management.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Business English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or team leader experience in managing a raw material warehouse.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• High sense of responsibility and accountability, honest, reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, well-organized, ability to work under pressure, continuous improvement mindset, strong teamwork.

• Experience in the electronics, automotive, electrical equipment, or precision manufacturing industry.
• Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company.
• Basic knowledge of import and export procedures.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 requirements related to warehouse operations.
• Forklift operation certification or practical experience.
• Experience managing imported materials and bonded warehouse operations in an Export Processing Enterprise (EPE).
