132394 - Customer Service (Engineer) - Manufacturing

RGF's Client - a Japanese trading company supplying industrial lighting equipment - is looking for a Customer Service (Engineer) to install and maintain exposure equipment for a major South Korean manufacturer, visit customer sites (Thai Nguyen), and respond to customer needs and troubleshoot problems.

• Working Location: Cau Giay, Ha Noi
• Monthly Salary: 20,000,000 - 35,000,000 VND
• Job Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site technical cares for clients, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment
• Communicate effectively with clients and JP headquarters to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
• Work closely with technical team in Japan to provide high-end services to clients
  

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Language Skills: Intermediate level of English or Japanese
• Experiences: At least 3 years of experience as a sales engineer or field engineer (whether an electrical or mechanical engineer)
• Familiar with troubleshooting and maintenance of large machines

Personality:

• Can work independently and willing to ask for support
• Patient, flexible, and works with hospitality
• Willing to go to client site in the case of emergencies

Preferable Experience:

• Experience working in the semiconductor industry, printed circuit board, and packaging substrate industry
• Able to speak Japanese to communicate with Japanese HQ and PIC of clients
