132651 - Passenger Sales Supervisor - Travel Agency

RGF's Client - a local travel company  - is looking for a Passenger Sales Supervisor to strengthen our passenger sales team by managing sales activities, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

• Working Location: Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities

• Construct the sales strategy and plan to achieve the sales and associated targets
• Manage the Sales team and local relationships with travel trade partners and other partners
• Initiate and follow up on sales team actions, obtain sales leads, and seek new business
• Help to negotiate discount rates, commissions, and contracts in a timely manner to ensure the best return on investment
• Monitor the effectiveness of incentive/discount schemes by conducting regular and timely performance reviews to maximize available and potential sales opportunities
• Make sales visits to clients to conduct presentations and seminars, and provide updates on products and services to enhance sales opportunities and facilitate sales
• Service existing portfolios or accounts to maintain and grow the value
• Seek ways to improve the quality of the revenue generated by the portfolio
• Support new business development
• Support marketing activities

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor Degree
• Language: English - Business Level
• Experience: 5 years of recent experience in airline, Passenger General Sales Agent, or travel agent sales.
• Experience in managing sales teams and client relationships
• Ability to negotiate discount rates, commissions, and contracts
• Skills in conducting client presentations and seminars

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Experience in travel industry sales and marketing
• Experience with airline ticket agency business models
