132683 - Procurement Staff (Chemical) - Water Treatment

RGF's Client - a Japanese company providing solutions to water and air pollution treatment - is looking for Procurement Staff (Chemical) - Water Treatment to responsible for procuring chemicals and materials for water treatment systems, including supplier development, negotiation, and supply chain management to support project success.

• Working Location: Tien Du District, Bac Ninh Province
• Monthly Salary: 15,000,000 ～ 25,000,000VND
• Job Responsibilities:
• Procure water treatment chemicals, materials, and equipment-related components
• Source, evaluate, and develop domestic and overseas suppliers
• Prepare, collect, and evaluate RFQs (Requests for Quotation)
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms
• Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement processes
• Monitor delivery schedules, confirm incoming goods, and handle inspection/acceptance
• Prepare payment-related documents and coordinate with internal departments
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team and Project Managers
• Maintain and analyze procurement data

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• At least 3 years of procurement/purchasing experience in a manufacturing company or trading company.
• At least 3 years of experience procuring chemicals or chemical products.
• Language Skill: English communication skills -  Business level

Preferable Skill/ Experience:

• Experience in the water treatment industry.
• Experience sourcing and qualifying new suppliers.
• Experience procuring equipment, machinery, or industrial materials.
• Experience negotiating with overseas suppliers.
• Experience in cost reduction or procurement improvement projects.

Ideal Candidate:
