132982 - Design Manager - Manufacturing

RGF's Client - a Korean company manufacturing and supplying a wide range of electrical equipment products - is looking for Design Manager - Manufacturing to lead the design team to develop and execute strategies for manufacturing electrical cabinets and equipment, ensuring timely delivery, brand quality, team development, and cost-effective innovation.

• Working Location: Yen Trung, Bac Ninh
• Monthly Salary: 35,000,000 ～ 40,000,000VND (Gross)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the Design team to ensure that design team operations are completed on time, correctly and as per the set goals
• Lead and provide technical guidance/ solutions for projects to ensure company brand
• Lead and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
•  In charge of research & development new products; and reducing cost with related team
• Design electrical cabinets such as: LV, MV

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Education: Bachelor degree in electricity, electrical system, automation or mechanical
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in designing electrical panel cabinets & Experience in manager position
• Language: Good at Korean or English communication
• Strong leadership and teamwork skill, creative & innovate
• Logical, analytical and problem solving skill
