133037 - Employee Benefits Solutions Manager - Insurance

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the insurance industry - is looking for an Employee Benefits Solutions Manager to drive business development for employee benefits solutions, develop healthcare and life insurance schemes, acquire and manage clients, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve business growth.

• Working Location: Ha Noi City or HCM City
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable (High Salary)

Job Responsibilities

• Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand the Employee Benefits business, including Healthcare and Life Insurance.
• Business Scheme Development: Collaborate with the GD, GM, and related teams to establish and enhance healthcare products, services, and operational processes.
• Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify prospective clients, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. Sales KPIs will be implemented from 2027.
• Account Management: Manage policy renewals, strengthen client relationships, and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Management: Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Others: Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Language: English - Business Level
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare insurance, preferably in an insurance company or insurance brokerage
• Leadership and people management skills
• Strong business development and sales skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Strong planning, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Coaching and training skills
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset

Preferable Skill/ Experience
- Professional certifications in Insurance are preferred
