133050 - QA Manager - Automobiles Parts

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the automobile parts manufacturing industry - is looking for a QA Manager to lead the QA/QC department, establish and improve the quality management system, oversee inspections and supplier quality audits, handle customer quality requirements and audits, investigate quality issues, drive continuous quality improvement, and coordinate with HQ and overseas customers.

• Working Location: Long Thanh Dist., Dong Nai Province
• Monthly Salary: High salary (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the QA/QC department and maintain/improve the quality assurance system.
• Develop inspection plans and establish/manage quality standards.
• Manage in-process inspections, pre-shipment inspections, and supplier quality audits.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Handle customer quality requirements and customer audits.
• Prepare and maintain quality documents, including QC process charts, work instructions, and inspection records.
• Train and guide local QA/QC staff and production operators on quality standards.
• Lead quality improvement activities.
• Communicate with HQ and overseas customers on quality-related matters.

- Education: High school diploma or above
- Language: Business-level English or Japanese
- Experience: 

• At least 5 years of QA/QC experience
• Strong experience in Quality Assurance
• Management experience
• Experience communicating with overseas customers or overseas sites

- Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Automotive industry experience
• Experience in a casting manufacturer
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949
