RGF's Client - Japanese company producing instant coffee - is looking for a R&D Supervisor to lead research and development activities for coffee products, focusing on raw material analysis, process technology innovation, and regulatory compliance to drive new product commercialization.

• Working Location: Phu My Town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau 
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable
• Job Responsibilities:
  - Research and study of raw materials including coffee green beans, tea leaves, and botanicals for food applications
  - Research and study of process technologies such as extraction, aroma recovery, distillation, fractionation, and drying
  - Research and study of packaging materials with consideration for food safety requirements
  - Conduct development work in the laboratory for new commercial products, primarily coffee extraction products
  - Develop new suppliers and sources for new product offerings
  - Ensure compliance with worldwide regulatory legislation for food products
  - Perform sensory and chemical evaluation of coffee products
  - Conduct scale-up process trials in the factory in collaboration with the production team
  - Provide technical support to Production, QC, QA, SCM, and Sales departments with managerial oversight
  - Execute additional tasks as assigned by the R&D Manager

Necessary Skills / Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Language Skill: Business-level English to communicate with internal teams and external suppliers
• Experience: At least 4 years of experience in R&D in coffee product development or process technology (beverage category) development, including management experience.
• Experience with process technologies including extraction, distillation, and drying systems
• Knowledge of worldwide food regulatory legislation and compliance requirements
• Strong sensory evaluation skills for coffee products
• Ability to conduct factory scale-up trials and collaborate with production teams
• Technical support experience across multiple departments including Production, QC, QA, and SCM
