135036 - Financial Accountant - Machinery Parts

RGF's Client - Japanese manufacturing company - is looking for a Financial Accountant to support effective accounting and cost management by monitoring financial results, expenses, and profitability; provide useful information for management through P&L reporting, budget-versus-actual analysis, and manufacturing cost analysis; work with relevant departments to improve the accuracy of cost management and support business performance improvements.

• Working Location: Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province
• Monthly Salary: 20,000,000～30,000,000VND (Gross)
• Job Responsibilities:

-  P&L Management and Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to monitor sales, expenses, and profitability, and prepare financial reports for management and relevant departments.
-  Budget and Actual Performance Analysis: Analyze variances between budgeted and actual results, identify the underlying causes, coordinate with relevant departments as needed, and explore improvement measures.
-  Cost Accounting and Cost Control: Analyze product costs based on the Bill of Materials (BOM), monitor material costs and manufacturing expenses, and identify factors affecting cost fluctuations to improve cost control accuracy.
-  Financial Accounting: Manage and review financial data, ensure the accuracy of accounting records and transactions, and support month-end closing activities.
-  Financial Analysis and Process Improvement: Analyze profitability and cost structures, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance the efficiency of financial management processes.

• 業務内容:

・損益管理・レポーティング： 
- 月次の損益計算書（P&L）の作成・分析を行い、売上、費用、利益の状況を把握するとともに、関係部門や経営層向けの財務レポートを作成します。
・予算実績管理： 
- 予算と実績の差異を分析し、差異が発生した要因を特定するとともに、必要に応じて関係部門への確認や改善策の検討を行います。
・原価計算・コスト管理： 
- BOM（部品表）をもとに製品原価を分析し、材料費や製造コストなどの把握・管理を行います。原価の変動要因を分析し、コスト管理の精度向上を支援します。
・財務会計業務： 
- 財務データの確認・管理、会計処理の適正性の確認、月次決算に関連する業務などを担当します。
・財務分析・業務改善： 
- 財務データをもとに収益性やコスト構造を分析し、財務管理プロセスの改善や効率化に取り組みます。

Necessary Skills / Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: Business-level proficiency in either English or Japanese
- Experience:
+ At least 3 years of accounting experience at a Japanese or foreign manufacturing company
+ Experience preparing P&L statements and conducting budget vs. actual variance analysis
- Knowledge / Skills:
+ Cost accounting knowledge, including BOM (Bill of Materials) analysis
+ Understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and international accounting practices
+ Experience using ERP systems (Fast Accounting)
- Other Requirements: Ability to commute to VSIP, Binh Duong Province

+ ERPシステムの使用経験
- その他: ビンズン（VSIP）への通勤が可能な方
