3D CAD Engineer

We are looking for multiple 3D Creation (CAD) Engineer to join our Development team. This position plays an important role in supporting footwear product development and commercialization by creating, modifying, and managing 2D/3D design data, coordinating tooling activities, and ensuring customer requirements are accurately translated into manufacturable products.

We welcome both fresh graduates with strong learning potential and experienced professionals with backgrounds in 3D modeling, product development, tooling, or footwear engineering.

• Create and modify 2D/3D product and component designs based on customer requirements and project specifications.
• Manage and maintain 2D/3D design data on company systems and servers.
• Evaluate mold designs with the Mold Shop team based on customer-approved 3D data.
• Follow up product development and commercialization activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Update project information, revisions, and development records in SharePoint, OneNote, and related systems.
• Review customer feedback and implement design revisions accordingly.
• Coordinate mold manufacturing activities and manage development tooling, including wooden jigs, with subcontractors.
• Support tooling evaluation, product assessment, and manufacturing feasibility studies.
• Ensure timely completion and accuracy of all assigned 3D design work.
• Monitor and maintain approved 3D models and development data throughout each stage of the product development process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support successful product development and continuous improvement.

1. Entry-Level (2 people) 

   ·        Basic Rhino 3D skills.

   ·        Strong learning agility and willingness to develop.

   ·        Footwear experience is a plus but not required.

   ·        Basic English communication skills.

   ·        Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience.

2. Experienced Level (4 people)

   ·        Advanced to expert Rhino 3D proficiency.

   ·        Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in 3D design or product development.

   ·        Ability to independently manage complex 3D development projects.

   ·        Footwear industry experience is an advantage.

   ·        Basic English communication skills.

* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh/ Dong Nai (Hang Xanh/ Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone
