Accounts Payable Executive (Temp 8M)

Position Summary: This position is responsible for managing and overseeing ‘accounts being paid’ or the money flowing out of a business.

Responsibilities

• Daily net off invoices with deposit/ advance from customer, to clear the outstanding invoices
• Daily check and reply to customers’ email relating to outstanding balance of deposit
• Daily create customer’s bank account in SAP and follow up
• Prepare and review deposit refund with EDO/OVA /SAP system and propose daily refund plan
• Refund over-collection, decrease/ cancellation local charge invoice, mistake transfer…via SAP F110
• Monthly reports: Local income; BL-DO fee; Deposit at month end (back up)
• Other tasks assigned by AM/Accounting Manager/CFO

Key Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum diploma qualified in Finance and Accounting
• 2 years of experience in Accounting section

Key Competencies & Skills​

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in SAP software 
• Good in English in speaking, reading and writing
• Work independently and teamwork when necessary
• Communicate articulately and efficiently with colleagues as well as customers
• Pay attention to detail and accuracy
• Have a spirit of learning and high responsibility in work.
