Job Description

  • Receive and process all customer booking requests via phone, email, messaging, and other online platforms.

  • Schedule appointments efficiently, optimizing spa workload.

  • Confirm appointments with customers and send reminder notifications.

  • Manage the booking system, updating customer information and appointment schedules accurately.

  • Answer customer inquiries about services, schedules, and related information.

  • Handle booking-related issues such as rescheduling and cancellations.

  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly booking status.

  • Coordinate with other spa departments to ensure the best customer experience.

Job Requirement

  • Female, with a presentable appearance.

  • Excellent communication skills, pleasant voice.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in office computer skills and booking management software.

  • Ability to handle situations flexibly and quickly.

  • Careful, meticulous, and highly responsible.

  • Basic English communication skills.

  • Knowledge of the spa industry is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
