Job Description

- Welcome visitors, arranging meeting room.

- Manage the efficient receipt, sorting, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.

- Procurement and distribution of office stationery and manage company phone SIM cards.

- Arrange and schedule daily company car transportation and driver logs.

- Handle timely payments for utilities, office services, and dormitory.

- Execute other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by superiors.           

Job Requirement

- At least 01 year of experience

- Intermediate Degree

- Basic communication by English

- Computer level: Word, Excel
