Job Description

1) Leadership in Performance Marketing Campaigns (40%)
Lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok) to achieve ROI and revenue goals. Oversee budget management, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
•  Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and optimize campaigns based on data and insights
• In charge of A/B testing to improve the performance of creative assets and targeting strategies.  
• Regularly generate performance reports to track progress and make recommendations for optimization.  
• In charge of budget management, ensuring bids are in line with campaign objectives.  
• Track and report competitor marketing activities.

2) Agency and Partner Collaboration (20%)
Coordinate with external agencies to implement advanced strategies, improve performance, and ensure seamless campaign execution aligned with business goals.
• Implement learnings and best practices from the agency into daily campaign management.  
•Executing campaigns that follow the agency's strategic recommendations for optimal performance.

• Report back to the internal team on key takeaways from agency collaboration sessions.

3) Digital Platform Strategy and Optimization (20%)
Develop strategies for digital platforms, adopt new tools, and ensure cross-platform campaign scaling and efficiency.
• Ensure all website banners, product pages, and links function correctly and reflect current marketing initiatives. 
• Work closely with the Technical teams to resolve any technical issues and maintain website uptime.  
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Merchandise team to ensure all website visuals align with seasonal campaigns.  
• Regularly audit the website for errors or inconsistencies and provide timely solutions.

4) Advanced Analytics and Reporting (10%)
Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and deliver timely, data-driven reports to optimize ROI and CPA.

5) Team Development and Mentorship (10%)
Train and mentor junior team members, foster collaboration, and promote continuous learning to enhance team performance.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with managing Meta or Google Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record of planning and launching profitable campaigns
  • Proven track record of monitoring and optimizing campaigns to achieve the target results (CPA, ROAS)
  • Good understanding of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). 
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners. 
  • Willingness to learn and implement new strategies based on industry best practices. 
  • Familiarity with website CMS and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) is preferred.  
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks alongside performance marketing responsibilities. 
  • Interest in performance marketing and digital advertising trends. 
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving website or campaign-related issues.
