- Control and maintain Director's records.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly production reports from production department.
- Prepare tender documents.
- Fill out contractor questionnaires when requested.
- Secretarial work for Director.
- Prepare tea, coffee and water for customers during meetings.
- Take notes on tasks/requests/meeting arrangements.
- Replace receptionist in case receptionist is on leave.
- Translate documents if requested by the Board of Directors
- 01 year of working with foreign companies
- University: Economics/ Laws/ Foreign Language Secretary training course
- Good communication skills: English level C / French (optional)
- Advanced knowledge of software operations
- Translation/ interpretation
