• Responsible for all preparation MEP drawings, coordination of CSD drawings, technical drawings/detailing, and documentations
• Use of BIM/CAD to do Shop drawings / Construction drawings / As Built drawings documentations.
* Support project team with simple design engineering works
• Check subcontractor system drawings CAD/Models and submissions prior to coordination/CSD.
• Liaise with internal project members to issue Coordinated drawings for approval/construction
• Ensure all drawings are in compliance with project specifications & requirements.
• Clarify and raise RFI for any discrepancies. Coordinate/communicate with internal team members.
• Ensure that clashes highlighted are resolved or concluded, if not continuous monitoring for resolutions to be provided by the project team.
• Carry out modelling and shop drawings as instructed and finish in a timely manner
• Making online presentations with BIM related software as required by the project team
• Perform and maintain proper documentation of clash detection reports.
• Manage the process of coordination, Exchange of data, and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders
• Degree or above holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related subjects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit is a must.
• Working days are 5.5 days, overtime may be necessary subject to project submission schedule.
• Self-motivated, responsible, enthusiastic and willing to work hard and under pressure.
• Experience with MEP building industry is highly preferred.
