Develop and execute client engagement and retention plans across the customer journey for brands and boutiques, including brand events, boutique activations, watch exhibitions, and press conferences.
Monitor, evaluate, and report marketing activities and campaign performance.
Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers/vendors.
Manage event budgets and invoicing for each activation or event.
Oversee event execution and coordinate agency/project team progress and deliverables.
Source suppliers for marketing activities, including decorations, gifts, F&B, and event materials/tools.
Manage and maintain marketing assets, tools, and corporate gifts.
Collaborate closely with brands, boutiques, and cross-functional teams to support campaigns, product launches, and client communication/reconnection activities, ensuring consistent customer engagement and alignment with business goals.
Handle additional ad hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by the team based on project requirements.
Job Requirement
Male/ Female, 25 - 36 years old
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Event Marketing within luxury retail industries, preferably for high-end watch brands, cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, 5-star services/hospitality, or automotive sectors.
