Job Description
1. Branding activities
- Develop creative materials, templates, and marketing collaterals.
- Suggest and implement creative ideas for marketing operations.
- Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns toward with commercial target.
- Proactively build relationships with relevant project stakeholders ie. Architect Association, Real Estate partners, Developers & Architects for sponsorship and co-branding activities
- Ensure alignment with the overall brand direction and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
2. Product Development & Portfolio Management
- Oversee product management and/or cost reduction projects to ensure achievement of results
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the introduction in Launch/Relaunch product portfolio/solutions.
- Work with R&D and technical teams to ensure product offerings meet market demands.
- Monitor and analyze product/competitors/customer behavior/marketing trends, predict emerging market needs.
- Manage the product quality, design, and brand alignment.
- Oversee all portfolio of project and ensure smooth assistant for Sales & Specification team on Product documents ie. Technical Datasheet, product brochure/leaflet, etc.
3. Marketing Execution
- Plan and implement marketing activities such as product launches, workshops, seminar, and tradeshow.
- Develop sales tools, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Manage content and communication in digital channels to enhance brand visibility.
4. Budget management
- Monitor A&P budgets to maximize profits and minimize costs.
- Propose sufficient budget for all activities and well planned for yearly/quarterly and monthly spending
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Track campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on market activities, customer insights, and product performance/benchmarking.
Job Requirement
1.Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree is acceptable, but degrees in Marketing, Business or a related field are preferred.
2. Experience:
- 2 - 4 years working experience in Marketing field
Preferred:
- Working in Chemical Industry or Other Building Construction. Experience in water proofing/ Painting is the advantage.
- Hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, market research, marketing analytics, consumer behavior among other related fields is preferred.
3. Communication & Presentation skills: : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Written and verbal communication are essential to ensure collaboration and cooperation within various departments in the development of brand strategies.
4.Research and Data analytical skills: Strong in these skills: candidate to identify trends and challenges as well as make informed forecasts about market trends and other implications from the data review.
5. Computer Microsoft office skills:
- Outstanding level – able to deliver reports in PPT, Excel & Word
- Experience in SAP, ERP or equivalent system is preferred
6. Other Accountability:
- The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, discipline and innovative with an analytical mind and excellent research skills
- Team player: Candidate will be required to work with various departments to ensure cohesion in the marketing efforts throughout the industry.
