1/ Planning Marketing Strategy
- Follow the development of the brand strategy in collaboration with the Brand Manager and other key stakeholders
- Assist Brand Manager in driving the creation of the Yearly Roadmap and Annual Plan aligned with the brand's vision, goals, and market demands
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement strategic marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Implement an integrated marketing communications plan that aligns with the overall brand strategy and budget
- Oversee and plan advertising opportunities across Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) channels to ensure brand visibility
2/ Content & Digital Marketing
- Lead the team to plan and execute content strategies across various platforms to reinforce brand messaging and objectives
- Manage digital marketing tools and campaigns to promote the brand and engage with the target audience effectively
3/ Customer Engagement & Offline Activation
- Lead the planning and execution of offline brand activations to enhance brand engagement with consumers
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to improve brand loyalty, expand reach, and increase visibility through both digital and physical touchpoints
- Support the Operations team in ensuring an exceptional guest experience at events and activations, strengthening customer relationships
4/ Brand Management & Awareness
- Coordinate media relations and public relations efforts to maintain brand awareness and manage public perception
- Monitor industry trends and adapt marketing strategies to stay competitive and relevant in the market.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns and track performance metrics, including return on investment (ROI), effectiveness, and consumer feedback.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all departments are informed of marketing strategies, objectives, and initiatives.
