Job Description

Source new clients through LinkedIn, emails and direct approaches.
Attend events, conferences, and connect with potential clients as guided by the BD Manager and BD Director.
Introduce services, arrange meetings and negotiate with new clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements and address any arising issues.
Prepare periodic reports in collaboration with the BD Manager and BD Director.
Conduct presentations and negotiate pricing, contract terms, and partnership agreements with clients.
Translate Vietnamese-English-Vietnamese for documents and communication between the BD team and clients.

Willing to work between the Binh Duong Head Office and HCMC Office as required (~1 day per week).
Graduated from University/College (for new graduates), priority is given to Economics / Commerce / Foreign Language majors
Good foreign language proficiency (English and Japan preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical, presentation, and public speaking skills.
Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
Willing to meet with clients, identify new customers, and develop new projects.
