Job Description

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned segments/territories.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and end-users.
  • Conduct product presentations, solution pitching, and proposal development.
  • Manage sales pipeline and ensure successful deal closure.

2. Channel & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Support partners with product updates, sales tools, and business development activities.
  • Coordinate opportunities between partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Support tendering, project bids, and customer engagements.

3. Account & Market Development

  • Grow assigned accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable B2B solutions.
  • Conduct customer visits to develop new opportunities.
  • Provide advisory support to customers and partners.

4. Market & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing.
  • Update CRM, sales pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and business updates.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Channel Sales / Account Management.
  • Experience in printing, document solutions, imaging solutions, or office automation is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with distributors, dealers, resellers, or SI partners.
  • Strong experience in solution selling / consultative sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and result-oriented.
  • Willing to travel when required.
