JOB SUMMARY

Business Program Manager supports the execution of strategic and operational initiatives across Hoan My Medical Corporation. The role manages change tracking and reporting, monitors progress, identifies execution risks, and coordinates with hospitals and corporate functions to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the Change Management System

• Design and implement a structured change tracking and reporting framework for all initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Hoan My’s five-step change methodology across hospitals and corporate functions.
• Standardise templates, dashboards, milestone tracking, and reporting to ensure consistency and transparency.
• Establish clear ownership, success metrics, and governance processes to enable disciplined execution without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Performance Monitoring

• Conduct regular progress reviews and monitor milestones, KPIs, timelines, and value delivery.
• Identify execution gaps, bottlenecks, and risks early, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure initiative owners remain accountable for agreed commitments and timelines.
• Escalate critical risks and delays to the Head of Business Initiatives and relevant stakeholders, with mitigation recommendations.

Executive Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Consolidate initiative performance reporting for Senior Management and Board visibility.
• Provide data-driven insights on execution trends, dependencies, and risk exposure.
• Capture lessons learned and develop best practices to strengthen future execution.
• Continuously improve governance processes to enhance execution discipline and performance transparency.

JOB REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION

• 8+ years of experience in project management, transformation, PMO, or consulting.
• Proven experience developing and implementing project management systems and governance.
• Experience working with senior leaders and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies; organisational change experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• Relevant qualification required (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CCMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt).
• Strong analytical, structured thinking, project governance, and performance tracking skills.
• High accountability and integrity, with the ability to constructively challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent Vietnamese and English communication skills.
• Resilient, disciplined, adaptable, and able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-changing environment.
