1/ Employee Relation
2/ Payroll
Coordinate with stores to finalize monthly timesheets
Calculate monthly store payroll and get all required approval for payment.
Send monthly payslip to employees.
Follow and reply to the employee related-payroll issues.
3/ Insurance & PIT
Carry out procedures with the insurance agency to resolve the regime for employees (increase, decrease, sickness, maternity, accident).
Monitor and compare data on participation and payment of Social Insurance
Declare personal income tax codes for employees, personal income tax codes for dependents
1. Education and Knowledge :
2. Experience: At least 02 years of experience in C&B/Senior C&B or the same position.
3. Skills and Abilities
Excellent in Microsoft office.
Communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese.
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, including tact, discretion, empathy and cooperation.
Have conflict management skills, management thinking and accountability.
Can-do attitude, result-oriented, eager learning, and quick adaptation;
Strong analytical and decision-making skills;
Adaptability: be able to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
