Working time: from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 17:30 PM. Lunch time: 1,5 hours. Saturday morning: work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management, Organization, and Supervision
· Leadership & Supervision: Organize, direct, and supervise all operations of the Accounting Department; manage, guide, train, and evaluate accounting staff performance.
· Accounting System: Develop, finalize, and maintain the company's accounting records, processes, and policies regarding financial and accounting management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
· Internal Control: Establish and implement internal control procedures to safeguard assets, control costs, and ensure the validity and legality of all transactions.
2. Financial Reporting and Analysis
· Reporting: Prepare financial statements, management reports, and tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.) on a timely and accurate basis (monthly, quarterly, annually) as required by law.
· Analysis: Analyze the financial status and business performance (revenue, costs, profit, cash flow, etc.) and provide assessments, warnings, and proposals for optimizing financial operations to the Board of Directors.
· Cash Flow Management: Manage and forecast cash flow, prepare budgets, and monitor budget implementation.
3. Tax Compliance and External Relations
· Tax Compliance: Take direct responsibility for tax declaration and finalization, ensuring full and accurate compliance with current tax laws.
· Liaison: Work with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and other external parties regarding accounting and financial matters.
· Auditing: Prepare documentation and data, and coordinate with independent auditors to complete the annual audited financial statements.
Requirements:
1. Knowledge and Experience
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
· Possess a valid Chief Accountant Certificate issued by a competent authority.
· Minimum of 05 years of experience in General Accounting and at least 05 years of experience as a Chief Accountant, preferably in the IT, Distribution, Trading, or Technology Services industry.
· Solid understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), international Accounting Standards ( IFRS) and current legal regulations regarding tax, finance, and labor.
2. Skills
· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Misa, Fast, SAP) and standard office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent management, organizational, work delegation, and staff training skills.
· Strong analytical, synthesizing, reporting, and logical thinking skills.
· Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
· English Language Proficiency (Mandatory Requirement).
