Chuyên Viên Kỹ Thuật Sản Xuất Nội Thất Cao Cấp (FF&E)

MGA is seeking a Senior FF&E Technical Production to act as the technical gatekeeper for custom luxury furniture projects, ensuring quality, cost efficiency and smooth production execution.

This role supports projects including 5-star hotels, luxury residences, villas and bespoke public area furniture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RFQs and projects to deliver the best quality at the right cost.
• Act as the key technical contact between the MGA team, factories, clients and consultants.
• Review and release shop drawings, identify technical risks and support production execution.
• Conduct factory inspections, prototype approvals and QA/QC checks.
• Coordinate technical communications between Vietnamese factories and international clients.
• Ensure production quality, timeline and project requirements are achieved.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FF&E, custom furniture manufacturing or hospitality furniture projects.
• Experience working with furniture factories, contract furniture suppliers or international FF&E procurement companies.
• Strong knowledge of furniture construction, including solid wood, veneer, plywood/MDF, metal integration, upholstery and outdoor furniture.
• Ability to review shop drawings, identify technical risks and coordinate production activities effectively.
• Professional English communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to work directly with international clients and consultants.
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, proactive and able to perform well under pressure.
