1. HR
A. Salaries, Benefits, Labor Law, and Human Resources Policies
• Control social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, personal income tax, and other HR procedures.
• Be responsible for implementing and ensuring legal compliance with the law and internal regulations of the Company and its member units.
B. Talent Acquisition and Organizational Capacity Building
• Be responsible for standardizing the recruitment process (from receiving requirements to organizing onboarding for new employees).
C. Organizational Development and System Standardization
• Design and standardize systems: Competency frameworks, job descriptions, job title standards, and performance evaluation systems.
D. Culture Management and Internal Networking
E. Administrative Management:
• Draft administrative documents.
• Support the implementation of company events and image-building programs.
• Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
2. Admin
• Handle Work Permit-related matters, including but not limited to preparing documents for new and renewal Work Permits, Visas, and Temporary Residence Cards (TRCs); maintain records of legal documents and licenses for expatriates.
• Maintain and safeguard important company legal documents and prepare documentation for amendments or updates when required.
• Issue internal announcements, notices, memorandums, and other administrative communications. Prepare and maintain standard administrative templates and forms.
• Manage the issuance, modification, and cancellation of the company seal in compliance with company regulations.
• Manage and monitor the company’s facilities, equipment, fixtures, security, ancillary items, etc. in use. Control of fixed assets of the Company, equipment maintenance and problems arising when there are failures.
• Handle the procurement, storage, and distribution of company stationery, forms, ledgers, and related administrative supplies.
• In charge of vehicle dispatcher, manage and issue gasoline & diesel tickets for company vehicles to ensure company vehicles are properly used and comply with law and company rules.
• Manage meeting room reservations and usage in accordance with company regulations.
• Handle the receipt, dispatch, and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, parcels, and courier deliveries.

Working time
Working Days: From Mon to Fri + Sat morning (Sat morning WFH but if manager need will come to office)
- From 08.00 AM to 5.00 PM (Mon – Fri) (Break time: 12h00 – 13h00)
- From 08.30 AM to 12.00 PM (Sat – if necessary).
