Job Description

Lead and manage the design process from concept to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity.
Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Manage project budgets and timelines related to design work.
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in construction design.
Facilitate communication between clients and design teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

Job Requirement

Fluent in English
Proven experience as a civil design manager (from 10 years of experience)
A bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and design principles.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
