Compliance officer

Develop procedure under Local Laws & JPC standards.

✓ Main responsibilities to audit subcontractors both VN1, VN2

✓ Internal Audit to make sure VN1, VN2 alight with JPC group's standards and law applicable.

✓ Work directly with Auditor both local government audit like Fire Police, Social Affair, SHTP, Tax ... and customers related to compliance filed.

✓ Weekly report on observation and CAPs at work place.

✓ Working with customer directly to submit CAPs and findings.

✓ Control 100% Safety issue in company, including labor - health - safety - machine safety ...

✓ Flexible working place in both VN1, VN2.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, EHS, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Chinese is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and work flexibly between VN1 and VN2.
• Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Experience working directly with international customers and third-party auditors.
• Ability to prepare audit reports and conduct meetings in English.
