Cost Accountant (FC)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage factory cost budgets.

• Manage factory costs from incurrence to payment, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and cost control policies.

• Supervise, analyze, and report on Fixed Cost (FC) performance on a regular basis (monthly/quarterly).

• Handle internal AP/AR transactions between the factory and other group companies.

• Prepare and present management reports related to FC, including variance analysis and narrative explanations.

• Set up, maintain, and improve existing FC reports, and develop new reporting tools as required by management.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.

• 5 years of experience in FC-related work.

• Practice by accounting costing principles, specification.

• Good at accounting Excel, SQL, ERP for manufacturing plants, and PowerPoint.

• Have experience to make and report FCT by multi purpose.

• Have experience tracking and analyze data.

• Have problem solving skills and ability to work with all levels (management level, section in FC chain, ...).

• English communication.
