Job Description

Maintain and review product cost structures, standard costs, BOMs, routings, and costing parameters in the ERP system.
Set up and update new product costs, material costs, labor rates, and overhead absorption rates in accordance with company policies.
Validate costing data and ensure the accuracy of cost-related master data in the system.
Perform cost roll-up and standard cost updates to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Analyze manufacturing cost variances and investigate discrepancies between actual and standard costs.
Support month-end cost closing, inventory valuation, and reconciliation of cost-related accounts.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure accurate costing information and system integrity.
Participate in ERP/system enhancement projects related to costing processes and master data management.
Prepare cost analysis reports and provide recommendations to improve cost control and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Cost Analysis, Manufacturing Accounting, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify cost discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Experience working in multinational manufacturing companies.
